Your challenges
Removing oxygen, CO₂, H₂S, BTEX, and other volatiles safely and effectively
Water streams in industrial processes often contain oxygen, CO₂, H₂S, and other volatile contaminants. NSI degasifiers must reliably remove these gases to support the performance of downstream systems.
Designing the right configuration
Applications vary widely — from demineralization units to produced water treatment. Each project requires a properly engineered atmospheric or vacuum degasifier. NSI solutions are configured to match specific operating conditions.
Ensuring complete, reliable system fabrication
Degasifier performance depends on high‑quality design and manufacturing. Towers, ejectors, condensers, internals, and vacuum packages must be correctly engineered and delivered according to customer specifications. NSI executes this scope in‑house.
How does it work?
NSI designs and manufactures the complete degasification package — including towers, ejectors, condensers, and internals — to help you remove oxygen, CO₂, H₂S, and other volatiles from water streams with confidence.
Your benefits
Fully engineered atmospheric and vacuum systems
NSI delivers atmospheric and vacuum degasifiers for industrial applications such as CO₂ and oxygen removal, H₂S treatment, and BTEX stripping. Each NSI solution is built to match your process requirements.
Complete in‑house design and fabrication
The NSI engineering team performs the full process and mechanical design for each piece of equipment. For vacuum degasifiers, NSI know‑how covers the entire vacuum package, including ejectors and condensers.
Configured to meet your project needs
When special internals are required, NSI selects them with trusted suppliers to ensure the required performance. Depending on the scope, NSI can supply individual equipment or complete skid packages, including interconnecting piping, instruments, pumps, and vacuum systems.
The process
Each NSI degasification system is engineered by our team, from process and mechanical design to fabrication of the tower, ejectors, condenser, and internal parts. When required, special internals are selected to meet performance requirements. According to project needs, NSI scope may include a single vessel with internals or complete skid packages with piping, instruments, pumps, and vacuum systems fully assembled and ready for installation.
