Tanya started her NSI journey as an intern within the R&D department before growing into various roles across the Technology & Innovation organization. Today, she leads NSI’s global Product Management team, helping translate customer needs into solutions that support more sustainable and efficient water use.

Her role sits at the intersection of technology, product strategy and customer value. Working closely with colleagues from engineering, manufacturing, sales, marketing and operations, Tanya helps ensure innovations are transformed into practical solutions that address real-world water challenges.

Building a stronger product organization

One of Tanya’s proudest achievements has been helping establish and grow NSI’s Product Management function into a dedicated global organization. By creating structure, processes and clear responsibilities, the team now plays an important role in guiding the development of NSI’s technology portfolio.

“With strong support from management, I had the opportunity to help build something that did not exist before. Seeing the department grow and become an important part of the organization has been incredibly rewarding.”

Advancing sustainable water solutions

Through her work, Tanya contributes to solutions that help customers optimize water use, recover valuable resources and reduce environmental impact. For her, innovation is not a goal in itself, but a way to tackle some of the world’s most pressing water challenges.

She believes NSI’s strength lies in combining technical expertise with a holistic approach, bringing together knowledge from across the organization to develop future-proof solutions throughout the entire water cycle.

“Each company brings unique expertise. By combining that knowledge, we have become stronger and are able to offer customers complete end-to-end solutions.”
