Though the name has changed over time, its dedication to high-quality meat products and authentic recipes has remained constant. Today, its delicacies are enjoyed not only in Lithuania but also in Ireland, Great Britain, Germany, Poland, and Latvia.

Solution

The proposed wastewater treatment system includes:

  • Pretreatment stage: Fine filtration, flocculation, and flotation to remove mechanical and insoluble pollutants.

  • Biological Treatment: Continuous aerobic process with selector, biological reactor (denitrification and nitrification chambers), and activated sludge flotation for sludge separation.

  • Sludge Dewatering: Screw press system for efficient sludge management.

  • Effluent Polishing: Advanced phosphorus removal for high-quality discharge.

Scope of supply

  • Supervision on installation works supervision
  • Supervision on start-up of the system supervision
  • Electrical control panel based on PLC with touch panel based on Nijhuis standards
  • Engineering documents and drawings technical documentation with branch guidelines
  • Operation and maintenance manuals on CD-Rom
  • Training of the operator to be done during startup
