Project background

Fermador has been operating in the Romanian poultry market since 1994. Over time, it integrated every step of production: feed, farms, hatchery, processing, and distribution. Today, the company produces its own feed, raises  own birds, and process and delivers the final products . This full control allows  to ensure consistent quality, safety, and trust . Nijhuis designed and supplied a wastewater treatment system for the poultry processing plant, featuring aerobic treatment and an integrated sludge dewatering process.
