We help industries secure reliable, high-quality process water — while protecting the environment and reducing costs. Whether you're manufacturing electronics, refining chemicals, or producing food, your process water needs to be consistent, compliant, and efficient. That's why we treat every drop.
Your challenges
In industrial operations, process water is essential — but also challenging to manage. Common issues include:
-
Variations in source water quality that affect production outcome.
-
Strict regulations for process water discharge, reuse, and purity.
-
High operational costs tied to water usage and treatment.
-
Contamination from chemicals, heavy metals, and biological agents.
-
Pressure to reduce freshwater intake and environmental impact.

What is process water?
Process water in general
Process water is water used in industrial processes for manufacturing, cleaning, cooling, or as a raw material. Its quality depends on the specific application, ranging from general cleaning water to highly purified forms. Common types of process water include cooling water, boiler feed water, rinsing water, and water used directly in product formulations.
Ingredient water
Ingredient water is a type of process water used directly as a component in products such as food, beverages, and pharmaceuticals. It must meet strict hygiene and safety standards to ensure product quality and consumer safety.
The purification process often includes filtration, reverse osmosis, and UV disinfection. Any variation in ingredient water quality can affect the taste, stability, or effectiveness of the final product. Therefore, consistent monitoring and control of ingredient water quality are essential in regulated industries.
Ultra pure water
Ultra pure water (UPW) is water that has been purified to extremely high standards, removing nearly all dissolved salts, organic compounds, particles, and microorganisms. It is primarily used in industries where even the smallest impurities can cause defects, such as semiconductor manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and biotechnology.
Producing UPW typically involves multiple treatment steps, including reverse osmosis, deionization, UV oxidation, and ultrafiltration. The water must be continuously monitored to maintain strict quality parameters like resistivity, total organic carbon (TOC), and particle count. Because of its high purity, UPW is not suitable for human consumption and must be handled with care to avoid recontamination.
